How long would it be to do an education & journalism degree? (& med school) this is really elaborate....?

You should be able to finish an education major and journalism minor in 4 years, but if you want to go to med school, you also need to take the premed courses (2-4 semesters of bio, 4 semesters of chem, 2 semesters of physics, math through calculus) which is at least another minor - that might end up adding a year or more to your studies if you have a lot of general education courses to take as well, or if you have to take a lot of math pre-requisites before calculus.
