My BFs Ex is i dont know?

ok me and my bf are really close almost like married we are always together hes so perfect in everyway everythings perfect but his ex she keeps calling and saying shes gonna kill herself calls me names and texts she loves him and he doesnt care so i reply to the text or answer the phone and im really nice to her i dont disrespect so we just stopped answering and texting back but she calls over and over crying begging then she says oh i hope you and your gf are happy together blah blah then she does this again why is she doing this its annyoing and when i tried to help her she just says im going tokill myself but she nvr does what do i do i dont want her to do that or something....
