How can I stop my tenor saxophone from buzzing?

On certain notes (middle C#, low C and low Bb for example) my tenor saxophone seems to buzz, and I can't figure out why. It really is bothering me, as in my band, the trombone players and myself usually have to harmonize, and that is pretty difficult when my saxophone buzzes. Any tips would be welcome!
