Is it a minor property? can it be sold?

I am a widow. My mother-in-law had written a gift deed in my husband's name, a vacant land. We stated construction.My husband ped away before the completion of the construction. I completed the construction. I had invested the whole amount. The land is in my husband's name. I have taken the death certificate.The legal heir certificate has been taken from panchayat, where my name, my daughter's name, mother-in law and father in law names are mentioned. Now, can I sell the property. It has two houses, one in ground floor and other in first floor. Can I sell it? will there be any legal issues? Is this a minor property?
