Is American Exceptionalism the reason for the U.S. winning the race to create an imbalance of wealth?

The rich / GOP figured out how to use our media against us. Remember when they began the march of consolidation years ago? Ironically it took a socialist Australian Oxford grad to push everything over the edge.
