I get these small bug bite looking bumps on my face/neck?

nobody else gets them but me. when im at college in GA i get them and when i go home to MD i still get them there... my boyfriend's fraternity used to have bed bugs but doesnt anymore. nobody there is getting bitten.... i'll notice itchiness or just when i'm doing my makeup i'll see a giant red spot on my face.. anyone know what this is?
