Can you PLEASE help me with my boy drama?

I have this guy in my PE cl that started talking to me everyday since he asked me to be his partner in the three legged race last week. He has talked to me everyday since and stays by my side for the whole PE cl. I wasn't at school last friday so on monday he said I was lucky that I wasn't there on friday because the game we played was stupid. Then we walked the track together the whole period and talked. Today, we played tug o war and he talked to me pretty much the whole period and as we were walking back to the locker rooms he held the door open for me. The only weird thing is that we have never called each other by our names. I know his name is Bruce but have never called him that and he knows my name is Haven and he has never called me that. Do you think he might like me? He is kind of a nerd but kind of a rocker so maybe he's nervous? Or do you think he just considers me a new friend?
