Why won't Drs. prescribe the only medication that relieves most peoples pain - narcotics?

Aside from the DEA ing in, and the insurance companies sharing bragging rights with control happy pharmacies, why do so many Drs, PA's, Hospitals shy away from the ONLY proven medicine to relieve chronic pain - opiate based narcotics such as hydrocodone

How can i have less muscle?

okay, so i was shopping for a dress today, and i noticed my arms. im only 15, not very tall, but very skinny. i play sports year round and am normally comfortable with the way i look. i've been freaking out because no one asked me out to the homecoming dance, and today i felt like a complete BUTCH. it was bad. i didn't know that my arms look bad. i want to be like a graceful girl. is there any way i can lose all of this arm muscle without turning it all into flab?

This site I created known as www.se-myanxietytreatment.com use to be found in Google. I could type in site:www.se-myanxietytreatment.com as well as index:www.se-myanxietytreatment.com and the doents could be found and the site was index. Now it's not. Can someone explain to me why it can't be found? Is there something wrong with the site? How can I get it back in the index/site of Google so I can perform SEO on it and increase traffic when people type in keyword phrases for searches?

I have royally screwed my life and my career...can you help!?

i was very good in studies until my 10th grade..i was awarded the best student of the year in school,i even was very good in all other activities....soon after that i didnt take life seriously and screwed my education severly,i failed three times..all my friends are on the verge to finish their degree...what do you think should i still continue..and get my degree??? no harsh answers plz!

Should society pay more toward the education of students who?

major in subjects that are needed in this country and less for students who study subjects that have a glut of grads? According to Fortune we will have to import grads in the STEM subjects which are science, technology, engineering and math. We have a glut of grads with BA's in psychology, sociology, communications etc. who cannot get jobs. We subsidize them to the same extent. What do you think?

please give your view of how america should be in the next 10 to 20 years and your ultinate view of what you want america to be...and if you have a solution or two to these problems, by all means, lets hear them....its time we started uping the "ante" to those politicians playing partisan politics on both sides to do what is going to be right for our country...think about this...there is going to have to be compromise ...if we as citizens of the greatest nation on earth or going to uplift ourselves and the world along with us, we must start somewhere and let our politicians know that we are becoming educated and informed and will not suffer foolish politics anymore..from either side...thanks for all serious answers and solutions...

'Fearless" in Irish Gaelic?

So here's the thing.. I am going to probably get a tattoo that says "Fearless' in gaelic but I want it probably on my neck, very small near my hairline, or as a sort of tattoo ring around my finger. I have heard that the gaelic word is: neamheaglach and that seems a bit long for either place I mentioned wanting it so does anyone know a similar word for Fearless that might be shorter in gaelic that I might use? Also, does anyone know the gaelic word for 'joyful'? Any help is greatly appreciated!
