Why does this guy constantly stare at me?

Guys are visual, and so when they see something they like, they don't want to look away. It's as simple as that. I'm sure he looks away when you catch him because he's embaressed - he doesn't want to seem like a creeper. You definetly have nothing to lose by talking to him. Good luck! x
