What you vote for her.............?

It's that time again for our chapter's elections. I belong to a co-ed fraternity. There's a young lady there that's been serving on our exec board as secretary. She almost never says anything. If I say something she'll respond in a polite manner. She has showed up to all of the meetings and taken very thorough minutes (you really don't have to come to the meeting if you read them). However, part of our pledge is about friendship and she rarely talks.
