What do a team needs most, experience or youngsters?

If you think about "one day cricket " 60% young alrounder & 40% experienced players must be required. But if you think about "test cricekt",it requires 60% experience & 40% young players are required for balance team. If you think "20-20 cricket" it requires 70% of young & 30% of experince players for balance team.
