Trying to what song this is?

I realize this is going to sound kinda vague. Trying to find what kind music this was... sounds mechanical, kinda clockwork like. I remember them playing it for one of the dancers in American Idol and he moved very robotic-like. Amazing I thought. Been trying to find this music for bout 8 months now, no luck. 10 points if anyone can give me info leading to me find it.
