Plz help!! Bitcomet port blocked.. how to forward?

I use bitcomet. But I always find yellow light at the bottom right corner with text "Blocked xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (Router IP Address)" and I get very low speed (and maximum times the download speed is 0). I have the access to that router (CISCO 2800). Can anybody help me how could I solve that?
