Erm, I'm an Aquarius too, but that doesn't really make a difference in your personal opinions...What you listed off sounds like common human nature. If you can't get over the fact that people are gossipy by nature, then you probably won't be able to have a successful friendship with anyone. EVERYONE has talked s*** about someone, and I'm sure you have too. Its not really far to have these unrealistic expectations out of people when that's their common nature, and its not very realistic to try to fix your strict opinions on your zodiac sign...
