Does Amare Stoudamire have a jumper, or is he just a dominant post player?

Can he step out about 15 or 18 feet from the rim and knock down shots (For example, Marcus Camby, Kevin Garnett, and Bargnani). Or is he just one of those PF's with a dominant inside game?
