The easiest And most cost effective would be to go with the tub surround. Reusing your tile isn't really a possibility. First off, you would have to get it all off perfectly without breaking any. That right there is going to be impossible. Then if you did get it off, you would have to somehow clean off the excess thinset and whatever else came off with the tile.
