Why do people say Asians are good at technology?

True. The fact is nearly every technology made in Asia is based on technology made by Europeans or their descendents (e.g. white American). Technologies like the gun created in China were so primitive they were at similar levels with crossbows, bows, and cavalry mounted warriors. Japan was defeated by America and Americans went in there with Japan's unconditional surrender, we chose to invest and build up the country into what it is today and we protect it with our Western military.
