Out-of-state tuition?

I am currently a sophmore in a Nevada high school. Recently I have started researching colleges and fell in love with a couple schools like Oregon State University, University of Oregon, University of Washington, etc. I have toured a couple of schools and I really have my heart set on Oregon State. The problem is it would be a challenge to pay the out-of-state tuition. I'm really unhappy in Nevada and I don't like University of Nevada, Las Vegas or University of Nevada, Reno and these are the only two Universities in Nevada. Any advice on how to avoid or help pay out-of-state tuition? Thanks!
