My period is regular in my examination it shows multiple follicles,it is harmful for pregnancy?

in my ultrasound report i found my both ovaries are enlarged in size, multiple follicles and increased stromal echogenicity suggestive of pco. RT. ovarian vol. 6.5cc and left ovarian vol.8cc. it can effect on my pregnancy
