My friend needs serious HELP!!!?

My friend has a crush on one of the boys at our school, and she doesn't know how to get his attention. The thing is she is a bit geeky. I mean she dresses super nerdy. I guess it's from her being from an upscale successful family, but still. She wears polo shirts everyday, tucks them into her skirt and then ons them to the collar. She like never unons her top on. It's cause she likes the collar snug around her neck. She almost always wears a sweater vest with her polos. I asked her several times why does she dress like that and she says that her dad told her that if you dress successful then you will be successful. Her parents are strict, but it was her choice to actually where these kinds of clothes. She's very pretty, and if she just stops wearing those geeky clothes she will attract a lot of boys. I mean she does wear small hoop earrings but she's pretty. How can I tell her that it's okay to wear something more cute, and that it's not the end of the world if you don't wear a oned up polo. This is for her and this boy she keeps pestering me about.
