A chinese noodle soup thats yellow and is not chicken noodle soup its just a meatless broth?

my mom brought home a chinese noodle soup that looks and kinda taste like chicken noodle soup its yellow no pieces of chicken or anything my mom knows im a vegetarian and says "do u see chicken in it" i trust my mom and all but it there rly a soup like that
